You can select your shipping destination while you finalize the order, the price of the shipping will appear at the check-out. Orders are shipped from Italy, directly from our workshop, from the hands of our craftsmen to your home. The manufactures are safely and securely delivered to your home with the best shipping carriers. All shipments are insured for the whole value of the product.

Shipping times are clearly displayed in each product page, while final shipping costs are shown at checkout (when not an 'ad hoc' shipping).

When the product/s of you order is/are particularly large or delicate, or it is an extra large shipping, will be delivered by special shippers, in these cases the system doesn't automatically calculate the cost of the shipping at the check-out but a message will appear informing you that you'll be contacted by our customer service for the 'ad hoc' quotation, this will guarantee your order reaches you in perfect conditions.

Customers outside Europe have to pay customs duties, as they are either not due or pre-paid by Bronzettogifts. Customers might be required by customs authorities to provide personal information, such as your EIN, IRN or SSN, for customs processing. Please note that shipping delays due to customs processing are not uncommon and do not depend on Il Bronzetto S.R.L voluntary.
